The ceiling cassette PLA-ZM/PLA-RP convinces with its functionality.
With the help of the 3D i-see sensor, the airflow is automatically adjusted when people are detected. The unit is also energy-efficient thanks to presence detection. In addition, the Coanda effect (the airflow runs along the ceiling) ensures draught-free air conditioning.  Other features such as individually adjustable air outlet louvres, a fresh air connection and an optionally available fliter lift, which enables time-saving maintenance by lowering the unit 4 m, make this model a functionally comprehensive and high-quality ceiling unit.

Functions
> With MELCloud, the unit can be remotely controlled via smartphone, tablet or computer. For this purpose, the unit can be equipped with a WiFi adapter.
> The compact remote control PAC-YT52CRA or the deluxe remote control PAR-33MAA can be equipped via the MAC-397IF-E or MAC-333IF-E interface.
> Fixed on/off time can be easily programmed with the on/off timer.
> Up to four individual switching points can be programmed for each day with the weekly timer. At these, the unit can be switched on and off or a temperature can be set. This can ensure demand-oriented and energy-saving control.
> The vertical swing distributes the conditioned air to all areas of the room.
> The required air volume is adapted to the power demand thanks to the automatic fan control. Thus, when the desired temperature is reached, the air volume is reduced.
> Cooling operation is possible even at low outdoor temperatures with the winter control. For this purpose, the speed of the outdoor unit fan is automatically reduced.
> Conventional heating systems can be replaced by heat pumps in many cases. With this heat pump function, high efficiencies ensure low energy consumption.
> Fresh air can be supplied to the unit via the standard connection. A support fan is required for this.
> The redundancy function makes it possible to compensate for operating times and to switch between faults. A PAR-33MAA remote control is required for this.
> Simple condensate removal is possible with a condensate pump integrated as standard.
> With the multi-split feature, up to four indoor units can be connected to one outdoor unit, depending on the size.
> After the voltage is reconnected, the unit automatically starts with the last selected setting. This ensures a high level of operational reliability.
> With the refrigerant level control, the system can even be checked for leaks with the PAR-33MAA remote control.
> The outdoor unit is pre-filled with 410A refrigerant for easy installation.
> The unit has been awarded the quality certificate by the Fachverband Gebäude-Klima e.V. (FGK) with the quality seal for room air conditioners with award criteria such as maximum energy efficiency and guaranteed spare parts availability.
> The Zubadan inverter technology provides full heating performance down to -15 °C with an operating range down to -25 °C. Defrosting behaviour has also been optimised: continuous operation between defrosts for up to 150 min.
> When replacing an old unit with a modern one, the Replace technology eliminates drywall costs by allowing the reuse of R22 and R407C piping.
